Our Vision
Mighty Minds Life Coaching for Kids empowers young minds to thrive with emotional intelligence. Our vision is to support, inspire and impact children, by providing bespoke social and emotional support for families and schools. We want to build strong children who are confident and resilient when combatting social and emotional difficulties and navigating life's ups and downs. Our aim is to impact thousands more children by offering mental health early intervention services to prevent further referrals to Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services. Our dynamic curriculum offers an exciting approach to support children struggling with a vast range of difficulties surrounding anxiety, communication, self-esteem, fears, grief, motivation and bullying. We want to inspire children to become the best version of themselves by transforming the way they think, feel and approach life's challenges.
Meet the Founder
Hello, I'm Lauren, a dedicated mindset coach, mother and an ex-primary school teacher. I have eight years teaching experience from EYFS to Post-16 in mainstream, private and SEND education. Having already impacted thousands of children through my teaching practice, after witnessing firsthand the increasing demand for children's mental health support and the hurdles faced by children and families when attempting to access services, I founded Mighty Minds Life Coaching for Kids in 2023 and Mighty Minds CIC in 2025. I am extremely passionate about equipping children, young people and the wider community with the mindset and skills to navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence. I am also a Level 3 Beach School Practitioner, qualified journalist, children's fiction writer and lover of the great outdoors!
Our Services
At Mighty Minds we offer a range of social and emotional support including: personalised 1-to-1 mindset coaching, small group coaching, family sessions, holiday clubs, school assemblies and workshops and corporate speaking events.
Not only do we support children struggling with social and emotional difficulties, we also pride ourselves on delivering different experiences for all children to boost confidence, resilience and self-esteem, as well as build leadership skills and new friendships. In 2024 and 2025 Mighty Minds Life Coaching for Kids won three regional start up awards, including: Consumer Services StartUp of the Year and Rural Start Up of the Year, and Social Impact Award at North East StartUp Awards.
