Our whole-class workshops are designed to make learning fun while building emotional intelligence and strengthening social skills. Through interactive mind and body tasks, we create a positive, engaging environment where pupils can explore how to regulate emotions, build resilience, and boost their well-being.

Our assemblies provide impactful and inspiring emotional wellbeing sessions for Key Stages or whole year groups. Each assembly lasts approximately 30 minutes and are designed to engage and energise pupils. A perfect way to kick start the day!

Our bespoke curriculum and carefully designed coaching programmes use Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help children to break negative thought patterns, combat social and emotional difficulties and develop confidence and resilience. Each child will receive a personalised Mighty Minds journal, a progress report to share with parents and a techniques booklet to use in and outside of school.
