1-to-1 Mindset Coaching
We offer personalised mindset coaching programmes (in-person and online) to empower children with social and emotional support to help them overcome life's challenges. Our child-friendly programmes use Neuro-Lingustic Programming (NLP) techniques to challenge and transform the way children think and feel.
7 in 10 Children are not receiving early mental health intervention soon enough. As referral times for Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) continues to rise, we aim to offer an early intervention service to prevent children needing to access mental health services or reaching crisis point.
